Becoming a beekeeper was a lifelong dream, fulfilled in early 2026 after months of study and preparation. With a family passion for creating pollinator-friendly spaces, I’m committed to caring for my bees, supporting our native wild pollinators and producing beautiful local honey. My goal is to grow Huitson Honey sustainably while continually learning and sharing my beekeeping journey.
Our apiary sits in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, where traditional hedgerows, fruit trees, wildflowers and seasonal crops provide a changing source of forage for our bees. From spring blossom to late-summer Himalayan balsam, the flowers and weather shape each season and influence the character of every honey harvest. We’re passionate about caring for our bees and supporting the wild pollinators that share our countryside.
